    Delivered as promisedI ordered two sets of 1000 plus 25 rare and 5 mythic rare filled by Card Rush. The cards arrived long before they were promised and this was a bonus.Between the two boxes or about 2,100 cards, we got:10 mythic rares, no duplicates, from 5 expansion sets including Amonkhet through Dominaria50 rares, including 15 duplicates (i.e. 2 copies of 15 different rare cards) and 1 triplicate from 5 expansion sets (Kaladesh through Ixalan)82 uncommons including 17 duplicates, 4 triplicates and 4 of one uncommon card from 3 expansion sets (Aether Revolt through Hour of Devastation)I didn't count the total commons, but there was an even mix of color, artifact, and non-basic lands (e.g. unknown shores, desert of the ..., painted bluffs, etc.). The most we got of any card was around 10 which is not an issue because my son and I are dividing them between the two of us. More commonly there were 5 +/- 3 of a given card (i.e. 2-8). The 1,900+ common cards represented sets from Eldritch Moon through Ixalan (i.e. 6 expansion sets with 573 unique common cards in total) and was fairly evenly distributed between the sets with the least from the oldest sets and more from the newer sets. I was surprised, and mildly disappointed that we were missing several commons from each set (i.e. we didn't have a single copy of a particular common from one of the sets included). This is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating. The sets represented included Eldritch Moon through Ixalan, with a fairly even distribution between them. Presumably because these were ordered just after Christmas 2018, Ixalan was the only standard set included in bulk and most of the cards were from the 4 most recent sets that had just rotated out of the current standard format.Over all I was VERY satisfied and would definitely recommend this lot from Card Rush. 4Buyer-Beware several of the cards are in French, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish expect high losses.There is no way to contact the seller on this product, buyer beware you can expect several hundred non-english cards in the lots. I lost out on 120 cards per box due to different languages and the cards being written on total of 360 cards per box(rounding to the lowest 10). There is no way to contact the seller either or I would resolve with them directly. I bought another lot of 2000 cards and there were only 5 unusable cards due to languages. 15 Mythics, 26 Rare, 1128 Cards; From 9th to 17th editionsI went through and cataloged every card from this box, the full list is below. I got a total of 1128 cards (comprised of 649 unique cards). There were a large number of duplicates (almost half the box with some cards like Claustrophobia of Axebane Stag having 10 copies of each). There was a fair number of double-sided cards so the numbers may be slightly off (+/- ~15 cards). In my full list below I have listed both sides of the card a separate cards.I'm new to MtG and this was a great way to start out. I haven't played in a few years and I am just getting back into it, teaching my wife, and building some decks. These sets are cheap and worth it. I bougt this and an origins core set to build two decks. Don't expect to get any planeswalkers or power 9 obviously. I am a white-green player mostly. My highest duplicate was 6 in this set. Black was the highest count, followed by green and blue. I would have liked more white. Plenty of variation. Lots of instants, enchantments, several hybrid, several dual colored, and even one double sided. I also received one card in Japanese. 5Great gift, fun to dig through!I bought this for my husband as an early birthday gift as opposed to spending more on any kind of pack box. This is what he said about it:Great amount of playable commons and uncommons and that's really the gold of the box! Rates and mythics are just ok, nice to have but nothing special. The basic lands included were snow basics, no regular basics which was nice. Yeah duplicates but not excessive, usually just a play set. This is a great addition to a collection and great newbie deck building.And as a sidenot he really enjoyed going through it, even as an avid MTG played it took him an hour. As far as gift giving I HIGHLY suggest opening that seperate pack of rares/mythics and randomly placing them through the box. I doubt I miscounted by that much if I did, so I assume I got at least 38 extra if the 30 rares and mythics are counted in the 1000.Looks like I got no more than 8 of any single card (rarely) and mostly 2-4, with some singles.All seem to be from the 3 most recent sets as of this writing (so Ixalan and before). Maybe a set or two older, not 100% sure, but nothing too old. 4Was very happyThere are alot of comments about them receiving 20-30+ duplicates of cards, i didnt experience this, most i got of a single card was 6-8. And they were of decent useful commons and uncommons. 6-8 of a good card is a good thing. Means you can run it in more than one deck. Lol.Anyway the rares were decent, i think there were 3-4 mythic rares, but all the rares and mythic rares dont really go with my playstyle. But i have a very particular playstyle so i wasnt supprised or worried about it. Will make for good trades.But yea anyways, overall a decent buy, got alot of useful stuff and good rares. Might not buy again because i prefer ordering specific single cards from sites, more cost effective and fun really. But figured id try it out, if you are looking to just expand your collection and see what new ways you can make decks its a great buy. 5Good CardsHere is a break down of the cards that I received. I did get some neat cards including some mythics like Yasova Dragonclaw and Medomei the Ageless although nothing very powerfull. Great to fill out your collection with commons. I didnt get any basic lands which is good and I didnt get any foreign language cards either..To sum up: this is woth it if you just dont have that many cards and the other people in your play group arent using really powerfull cards. I know it's long but it's detailed.I got what I expected, which is a little disappointing.1st off;The Mythics. The five mythic were ok, as playable cards they weren't all that good (Lightning runner and Sydri Galvanic Genius were pretty decent), and as far as their worth goes none were over $1.50 except one which was worth $6, Ulvenwald Hydra (I don't get why as the card itself isn't really that good. Rares like Protaen Hydra are way better).2nd;The Rares. The rares weren't to bad. Value, again, didn't go over $1. However as far as playability goes I actually got some pretty decent rares that would fit some of my decks very nicely.3rd;The rest of the cards. As far as amount goes I'm not sure yet, i am still counting up so I will update later. Balance between the colors was fairly even as well as quite a few multicolored, artifacts, and lands (non basic). Very little (5 repeats per card average) to no repeats of most cards. Will update with specifics later.Overall I am satisfied, got a lot of cards that will fit nicely with the cards I already have and will let me create some decks I previously wasn't able to. If you are looking for good Rares and Mythics, go and buy them individually for the decks you need.I also got a Rare and some uncommon Eldrazi cards which was interesting. Nice artwork and cool effects (nothing great on their own, but almost tempted me to buy some Eldrazi titans lol).=EDIT=Not disappointed anymore :D.2 of the Mythics not being very good was made up for in the Eldrazi artifact creature I got which is an 8/8 with Annihilator 2, very happy I got something with Annihilator (so OP lmao).Note about the Rares, there were no whites.I got a surprising amount of multi-colored cards and lands, around 50 each. I wanted to make an artifact deck so the lands were a welcome addition, otherwise I would be pretty annoyed.Didn't get a lot of duplicates, maybe 80-100, and the dupes I did get bordered around 2-5. A very select few got as many as 8-10.Final conclusion: Decent cards. Mostly recent, some even from m19, very few old ones. Very few cards not in mint condition. Worth the price. Edit 2: bought a second one as a present for a friend. Although this is being sold by "mtg" they are simply forwarding items from smaller private sellers, its not one enitity. Meaning wether you get a good box is I would say 50/50.Second boxes myyhics were crap, but the rares were crazy good which is better. Cards had excesive duplicates.100 duplicate non basic lands. If they were all different it would be fine, but they aren't. Will deffinetrly be trading with my friend to give her some better cards.In the future after ordering a box check who it is being sold by and if the seller is *Gabe's toy chest* refund and replace order. 3
