How to Make
1. Coloring balloon with colored pencil or pen.
2. Put a straw in the air inlet and blow it in with air.
3. Insert the fixing rod into the hole and push the wheel all the way to both ends.
4. Complete! (The wind does not leak due to the special finish)
Note
Do not put the air infusion straw in your mouth or use it for any purpose.
Balloons are paper, so please do not get wet.
When you paint with sharp tools, the wind of the balloon may leak.
